The VEYER Customer Service line is 1-833-839-3700 and a VEYER representative will be happy to assist. If you are an existing VEYER customer and have a question regarding your invoice, please reach out to [email protected] and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Please note that VEYER, ODP Business Solutions and Office Depot are all part of the ODP Corporation. Any questions regarding your account or an existing order should be handled by the company your order has been placed through.
VEYER customers should use their log in credentials at app.getconvey.com/login to obtain necessary tracking information. If you have not been provided with log in information, please contact VEYER Customer Service at 1-833-839-3700 for additional assistance.
If you are an Office Depot or ODP Business Solutions customer, you should have received an email confirmation that includes the tracking number(s) associated with your order. Clicking on the tracking number will lead you to where you can find additional details about your shipment, including the delivery ETA. If the expected delivery date has passed, please know that we are working as diligently as possible to deliver your order the following business day.
If you’re having trouble finding the tracking number, a shipment confirmation has not yet been received, or if tracking information is not updated or unavailable, please reach out directly to the company you ordered from for further assistance.
If your shipment is delayed, or you have an issue with your order, please contact the company you originally ordered from. They are in the best position to assist you and will work with VEYER to address and resolve the matter efficiently.
